yes, i love that effie was included in the movies instead of her prep team but i think the inclusion/treatment of katniss’ prep team in 13 in the books is so so important to the messaging of the series - also how coin is no better than president snow..

also seeing katniss’ reaction and comparing it to gale’s shows so much about their characters.

this book is just so good omg. i hate when people
boil down katniss/peeta/gale to just a simple love triangle. katniss saying “i choose gale, and the rebellion” stopped me in my tracks. and her seeing her choosing peeta as “siding with the capitol”. expect a full review about katniss’ character when i finish this book.
