I've been having a hard time getting into this one. The writing is fairly flat and formulaic. So far I've enjoyed the story on earth (making it through and or of enemy territory) more than the space setting, which has just been really dull. Now that things in space realm are changing, I really dislike how Theodore is written, he's very inconsistently done and plays into so many tropes.

Well-written so far. The writing feels like a gut punch at times for someone with a strong connection to their dog or other pets.

Chapter 65. Good storey but taking forever for me to read.
