This is truly a feet-kicking, blushing, giggle-worthy romance, and I am obsessed. WHY IS NOBODY WORRYING ABOUT THE SERIAL KILLER THOUGH

Was reading this at work when the work bestie said, "you have the most concerned expression!" and honestly I AM CONCERNED.

I don't often write updates as I'm reading a novel, but I can't express how good this book is. If i'm not reading it, I'm thinking about it. I'm a bit evangelical about it, to be honest. Phenomenal writing. Brutal. Are you ready to hear about our lord and saviour, The Buffalo Hunter Hunter?

Read for work. A quiet dystopian novel about surviving, love, and knowledge. Exquisitely written, knowing just when to be sparse with details and when to break your heart. I loved the passages about language, books, and how sacred they can be. A great book to discuss with my YA book club.

Book two finished. Older David needs a shake. Edward is an awful person. Younger David needs a hug. This is a Charles stan account. Eden is a gift.

Book one completed. Already full of emotions and obsessed.
