This book is terrible. I'm literally finishing it for the sake of completion at this point.

This is a lot of fun to read. I picked it up at Borders in 2009 and never read it obviously till now. I didn't realize there are 12 more of these though wtf

This is written a little better than the first one but still trash

So I remember randomly grabbing this book at the public library while I was in middle school and trying to read it. I got about this far and said "this is interesting but maybe I'll finish it later." In between then and now, I somehow got a hard copy of this book and its sequel and just now decided to go back and give it a shot.

It's okay so far, but there's a lottt of cringe. Mostly in the way it's written. Yeesh

Nothing like detailed descriptions of the bleak emptiness of a dying galaxy in the far future to end my night
