what an insane concept for a book. sesame street meets the backrooms. i’m here for this ride though.

some books are feasts. you gobble them down quickly and as fast as you can. this book is a bottle of the richest most expensive wine. every sip is so gorgeous and full bodied that you take your time with it. you drink in every word, feel every emotion, hear every sound. im obsessed with this book and i fear i may be devastated when i’m finished.

Janette Mccurdy is such a fascinating writer. the way she is able to bear her whole soul is so captivating. she is so vulnerable in this book and its only page 30.

I will say the suspenseful scenes are written a lot better than the introducing of the friend group. a big group dynamic can be hard to write so i empathize with that

Kind of feels like a first draft. The ideas are all really fun and i love what we are progressing towards but i wish the characters felt a little more alive. All of the dialogue kind of sounds the same. But honestly I’m just here for the fnaf lore and a good time so not complaining (too much).

this is already so good. love the picture of teena protesting far right men by ringing their bicycle bells and cutting the wire for the mic. totally badass.
