After a deluge of poorly written romantasy titles that promise a good story but utterly fall flat- this book is a refreshing addition to the fantasy realm without the steamy overtones that devour plot lines. Plus, it’s 648 pages so there should be plenty of adventure ahead 🤓

Not as good as book 1, but I’ll finish out the series.

I can see why librarians love this book and if I still was one I would recommend this to every book lover who hasn’t read it.

I’m disappointed that at I require sleep and have adult responsibilities to attend to- basically that I have to do anything other than read this book.
