Not getting into this one like I did with the first two. Hate when that happens.

Had to DNF, the writing is too generic for me, like a romcom author tried writing a doomsday story.

Ughhh. Not on a good roll with books lately. Pretty annoying book so far. Nonstop bickering. I know people bicker over stuff when relatives die (experienced it plenty) but FFS it’s getting old here.

Trying not to be distracted by the triteness, but we’re hitting on all the clichés here- Watch your six, black rifle coffee, hot blondes, a Hilary Clinton type, etc. (and no, I’m definitely not a “liberal” by any means, but it’s hard not to cringe at times) PS- maybe don’t add culture war bs in your book, almost everyone is anti Black Rifle Coffee now lol

Whyyy do I love this mountain noir outdoorsy rugged living type shit? It’s a deep magnetic attraction. I want to wear duck canvas jackets and boots and cool hats and live off the land and make jerky and wear weird furs and threaten people. Omg yes.
