Loved this one. "There are holes right in the middle of things." I like the idea of traveling in-betweens.

The Jaunt
Incredible. "It's eternity in there." I imagine Ray Bradbury would have been proud.

The Mist was very good. I like to think King didn't expand this into something tome-like 'cause he stuck true to an interpretation: this kind of situation wouldn't fizzle but blow up and over, quick and tragic. An (un)natural disaster provoking a conglomeration of natural responses in a pressure cooker. Without his usual usage of "big-voice" narrator to provide context, the claustrophobic POV is maximally effective.

As good as everyone says. Not as different from the movie as I'd expected (so far).

This is so good. I keep getting legitimate chills. Could the second half possibly be as good? What has Arthur been up to?? I'm enthralled
