what i’m learning about the world the more self help books i read is just that a lot of the world is not self aware. apparently, according to this author and many other authors in this category, their patients and individuals in their research just don’t ask themselves very simple questions. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that people don’t know themselves on a basic level.
