This isn't very good so far, I really don't like the present tense writing style.

Fourth book in a row I'm not feeling, think I might be in a bit of reading rut.

I have literally no idea when this book is set and it's starting to bug me, like why does no one have cell phones if it's supposed to be 2017?

Dang, this is excellent.

Pretty weak Preston and Child book, could also be burnout from this being effectively the third in a row I've read.

I feel this could be the textbook example of overly verbose.

I really should not have read this. 1/5 incoming.

This feels less like a book and more like a puff piece for Ed and Lorraine Warren. I'm sort of only reading this due to my enjoyment of the Conjuring Universe, but this is really losing me quick.
