I desperately needed a change-up form the thriller and/or horror novels that I gravitate towards and this book definitely does the trick!

So far, the only thing that's really working for me is the dialogue which I think is 100% pure Dolly... the allegedly suspenseful story is virtually non-existent. Gonna manage to finish this, I think, but it's a bit painful.

My 1st Slaughter novel and I'm quite enjoying it
