I’m struggling to finish this book. The FMC, who previously seemed to make the best of difficult choices, now comes across as an evil brat. The story lacks the depth I expected, and instead of the spice or romance I anticipated, it feels poorly written. I’m not sure I’ll even finish it—it’s that disappointing.
