It’s great, it’s like falling right back into Angela’s Ashes, even if you might have forgotten about it a little bit. It’s the style of the writer and his impeccable, warm way of making you feel welcome in his life story.

I read “Angela’s Ashes” years ago but the first page flung me right back into that story and all the feelings that go with it.
