Here it is. The first book I’ve been able to read and complete since the pandemic hit. Halfway through right now and although I haven’t been close to an addict, my life has been altered by codependency. Beautiful, heartbreaking, truth-telling memoir of love, family, motherhood, survival.

I loved Harris’s book 10% Happier. Time for the “how to”. Lord knows, I need more control of the monkey mind moving forward into the holidays and 2020.

Maybe I’ll come back to this. I love the author. But the character Fleishman is annoying me — it’s too early in the book to tell and I’ve heard amazing reviews!? For a girl that doesn’t read fiction much, I need fiction to compel not annoy and I don’t have the patience for him right now.
