The narrator of the audio book is whiny and dramatic as the FMC. And just dramatic for all other parts of the story. I find it very hard to keep listening.

Oh my gosh, this is such a slog.

Listening to this is probably not the best idea. Confusing timeline and too much information, and still boring.

The audio version of this book could use someone with a little more charisma than the author. The way she reads her own work is tedious.

The author just keeps telling me that the main characters love each other, over and over again - which I think is lazy writing.

This author needs a thesaurus. There are too many "pregnant moment"s and references to "her heat" - three or four times in one sex scene - there are other things you can call "her heat."

I. Am so. Bored. There are too many characters. Maybe some people like to unfold mysteries one grain of sand at a time, but I don't know why it's taking so long to say nothing. Why does everyone love this book?
