Thus far, not impressed with the dialogue. It doesn’t feel like 1993 american. It feels like English writer trying to write as an American.

Mediocre thriller that was made worse by a terrible narrator.
Unbelievable moments in what could have been a great caper because several plot twists were fantastic.

I finally had a moment where the protagonist was appealing. I want to finish just to see if I’m correct about whodunnit.

Sloppy writing. Great premise — person is attacked and given a week to live. She wants to solve her own murder. But she’s unlikeable and the plot and scenes are unbelievable. Finishing under duress.

Note: Listening. Annoying narrator — the male characters sound like cartoonish buffoons.

I need reassurance it gets better. So bored.

Not going to finish. Two was enough. I listen to her books — same narrator makes same story more apparent and uninteresting. I don’t get the hype.

There is so much going on!
