Ch 2 - Problem Space vs Solution Space. Solution space is when any product or representation of a product that is used by or intended for use by a customer. Problem space is where all the customer needs that you’d like your product to deliver live. Not listening to customers can be detrimental to your product’s success. Example: apple’s success is due to their in-depth understanding of customer needs.
