An excellent Harry Dresden novella is just what the Doctor ordered

A new Harry Dresden what is not to like?

The second installment of a great Douglas Preston, and this time with his daughter, in the back of the book there is already a chapter for the 3rd installment.

There is a Tom Baker serial called "Genesis of the Daleks" where the Doctor was involved with the birth of the Daleks. This Big Finish serial is the birth of the Cybermen with the 5th Doctor Peter Davison.

The metal fella at the end of the episode sounds like a cylon of Battlestar Gallactica.
That said welcome on Mondas home of the Cybermen.

Council of Susan in which the 8th Doctor & son and friend get caught up in a cult or religion concerning Susan Foreman and its influence and interpretation brings trouble.

Okay a shrubbery for millions of light years, and the TARDIS inside out, the Doctor doing a sleeping beauty. Totally chaos and madness. Glorious 8th Doctor Who tale.

In which the 8th Doctor and his great-grandson Alex have landed the TARDIS in a whole new galaxy. They are chasing Cassie and find a new version of her and her Destiny. Then add some timey-wimey issues and there is a very entertaining adventure.

Part 2 of 4 in which the current inhabitants of a secluded boardingschool in the Alps are being harrassed by a poltergeist. The Doctor is investigating.

Nyssa lands by accident into the snowy Alps.in 1963 and finds herself saved by Mountain rescue Lt Sandoz (as voiced by Londo Molieri from Babylon 5) and a young lady Peril is his beau (voiced by a pre-Charly of the 8th Doctor India Fisher). So enough fun with this early Big Finish release.

The girl in appartement 6E thinks she knows who kidnapped a seven year old girl called Annie, she has not left her home in years. What is she going to do?

Did have another Jo Nesbo along on my Denmark holiday.

Fast story which sucks up any argument that says you can put the book away for some time.

We are going for the grand finale of this so far amazing book.

Everything eventually gets personal.

The killer strikes again

A convicted serial killer who wants a chance at redemption now that similar murders are happening close to his release. And of course the Police suspecting his involvement. All this in a very taste Basque flavor.

The second set of murders have been commited and the town of Vitoria in Basqueland is in panic as they were 20 odd years ago when a murderer killed in a similar style.

The story opens with finding 2 naked youngsters in the local cathedral and the young inspector and profiler Unai Lopez de Ayala is called. These murders feel like a continuation from a serial killer who is caught and still in jail. And so the story begins.

A woman's corps has been found in similar circumstances as in Mara & Eva their first murdercase so thinking copycat the team travels to the north of Italy .

Clara Pontecorvo all 1.98 meters tall works for the Police she has taken on the missing case of a young woman and when a missing woman is found it reminds her of the similarity with a case on Sardinia.

Having read the first two installments of this Italian written crimeseries translated in my native dutch language and being impressed it was a no-brainer when the third novel was released I would pick it up. The team with Mara Rais, Eva Croce, Vito Strega & Bepi Pavan have become a special unit for serial murders. And so the fun begins.........

The last 100 pages mark has been passed so the end is near.
