Thought provoking book, it just makes me stop and ponder every once in a while. From Voltaire to Kierkegaard, the amount of underlying philosophical references. But nonetheless it’s a little far fetched, a slave I believe wouldn’t have been taught an alphabet let alone venture out into the knowledge world too deep. Good read though I can’t wait to read more

Very interesting, mildly heavy in content.
Largely based on arguments and POV of different philosophers/ studies done that created lasting impressions for our understanding moral psychology today.

As of now, I do largely agree with Hume's principles that reasoning is based off passions of an individual - the rider does not impart moral reasoning to the elephant that is directed mostly by moral intuition.

Idyllic storyline to keep one on the edge, feeding on prolicity.
Hooked on.

Not bad, it's interesting and I can't wait to find out more:)

It's freaking good and I think more intriguing content is coming right up. I no longer feel as sleepy as before, now that i've started this book. This books tells you about how this psychotherapist take on his role with his history of family violence and his interaction with this silent patient who allegedly killed her husband. It's interesting how he said that people are somewhat crazy but in different ways.

Interesting and it'll come naturally to you that you should just turn the pages with no hesitation and no delay due to pure curiosity.
