A lot of pages without a lot of plot?

Variability in ink devoted to content is annoying. Like, almost ten chapters devoted to Risperdal, and barely ten pages devoted to Ortho-Evra. Not that I'd have wanted to have read 8 chapters about a birth control patch.

This is making me paranoid. "Let's create a new drug of dubious to no efficacy, tell everyone it's better than the version that just went off-patent (and therefore is much less expensive) and then get Medicare/Medicaid to cover it for people who will not only not benefit but will be made worse from taking it." Plus so many kickback$ to doctors and researchers.
