A helpful book that helped give me a balanced perspective on what Christian leaders need to have aside from spiritual maturity. Even if I can’t remember all the important points from this book, this one line of truth I can and will always remember; emotional maturity needs to come hand in hand with spiritual maturity. There can’t be spiritually mature leaders who are not emotionally mature.
