The pronouns/ways to refer to people is a little hard to keep track of, but otherwise this is amazing so far.

I have to shelf this one for a bit. I don't understand how you can write a feminist rock and roll story and have your female protagonist be so unlikable

I couldn't fully get into this until now for some reason. The characters felt too flat. But suddenly they all fleshed out and I'm attached to all their well-beings.

Non-fiction account of a string of kidnappings, assaults and murders written like a bad courtroom drama. Calls sex workers “street hookers.” Fills the pages with fake, over the top dialog. Over sensationalizes depictions of rape. Really stereotypical “pimp” dialog.
