Ugh, she’s gone again

Like it but there’s a little too much push/pull for me. Hoping they get it together soon.

Overall pretty good, didn’t meet the level of substitute bride for the prize fighter, mostly because the story didn’t feel as tight and Garmin wasn’t as much of a Teddy bear for Lenora as Ben was. Could have used more time with the couple than the different side characters.

This book is lulling for me, I’m not getting enough from Lenora and Garmin, too much with secondary characters, needs some editing. The language feels off at some points, like they’re using phrases that are too modern. Overall feels a little amateurish

I don’t think I’ve ever read a book where one person is poly and the other is coming to terms with it. Or is monogamous to a person who is poly.

Loved this book! I didn’t know breeding worked for me but it really did in this case. I would say that this is lite dark romance, yes Giacomo is a mobster and there are scenes of him torturing and killing people but he’s basically a teddy bear from the jump when it comes to Emma. And I really love a secret cinnamon roll hero. Excellent steam.

Not feeling it currently. Too much description and thought tangents by Stevie. Not excited about the fake dating to come. DNF.

Honestly this book is a little cringey. It’s definitely sweet and steamy but the writing is a bit clunky and some of the language is just…huh? Booster is not a cute nickname. Theo’s character felt a little incongruous at times. Not bad but not my favorite.

Ok…I liked the on the run parts w/ El and George but was bored by the parts w/ her father. The Anderson storyline went on for too long. Would have preferred a bit more steam. Book also feels old fashioned, I think 2017 and it reads that way.

This is how you do a holiday novella. Sexy, sweet, the chemistry makes sense.

Sloppily written, was hoping for more based on the previous two in the series, but this didn’t do it for me. Didn’t feel the chemistry with the “loved you forever angle”

This isn’t totally doing it for me. Interesting premise but I’m not hooked. And some of Tessa’s dialogue is too much.

So sweet. The slow burn was perfect and I really enjoyed the fact that there was no 3rd act breakup because they were still working on confirming their relationship. Loved the way the family story line wrapped up and all the little twists of fate throughout.

Loved both characters, the whole plot was great, loved seeing the whole gang together, but felt like there wasn’t really a conclusion for these two.

Around 80% I got a little tired of the hijinks but it finished strong. Really impressive to do romance and fantasy well. The world building has been great and this was just as sexy as the first. Highly recommend.

Not my fave, felt a little clunky overall, more like “a very special episode.”

Something about the way Kate talks and how Christopher talks to Kate makes it seem like she’s a little kid?

Having a hard time suspending my disbelief here. Some of the dialogue isn’t totally working for me.

I like the book for whatever reason it’s not holding my attention. Maybe will come back to it someday.

I liked this but maybe didn’t love? A fun concept and the author made the supernatural element work the sex scenes were pretty hot but it was missing a little something.

Making sure I understand the reason for the hate. Kat is as an annoying kid, so Chris was either irritated by her or ignored her, and then when she grew up he realized she was hot and because he’s scared of losing anyone ever again he became a dick to repel her. Kat felt displaced by him in her own family.
