it feels like i'm putting my mind through a literary analysis rocky montage except i'm not getting better at it at all. well, still having fun!

i am a fish on a hook and he is REELING me in hell yeah. i wasn't entirely interested in his childhood musings but by the end of the memoir part of this i was surprisingly invested and bang, that's storytelling. very excited for the more extensive thoughts on writing!!

the fanfictionesque writing and annoying male protagonist is really pissing me off but this is getting me out of my reading rut so i can't complain too much. victor comparing himself to magneto makes me laugh though. absolutely fucking not!!
