Are the women attractive, King? Are they sexy? Does your married main character find the women around him attractive and bring it up every time they speak? Does he tell me if the 16 year old girls in the room are pretty? I think you forgot to tell me if the women are attractive, King, and otherwise how will I properly imagine your story.

The whole reason I've put off reading this book for so long, the weird Julia stuff, has arrived! And it's weird! And boy I hate female characters written by men! She's annoyinggg and "naught like other girls" and she's 15 years younger than our boring white stale bread protagonist but she wants to sleep with him nonstop anyway! The social commentary is good tho so alas I persist
