Let’s fucking go

I relate to my gender more in this book than I do in everyday life. So much “oh brother I get that”, and “oh fuck I’ve done that, and look how stupid he is”.

This better stick the landing because this is really hitting, the amount of pleasure I have received recently from relating to stories about young adults is quite immense, and Rooney has a way at getting at modern anxieties that I find deeply satisfying.
