I’m almost halfway through the book and I’ve literally learned NOTHING. It’s a real skill to talk so much and say nothing at the same time tbh.

I’m so confused with all the characters

I’m so close to dnf this book bc the guy is written so good and he’s giving me ptsd and he’s pissing me off so hard which is a compliment to the writer I guess lol

I need a family tree too many characters 😭😭

Why is everything “posh”

Are the dialogues just cringe and cheesy to me or are they really bad?

I remember when the writers used to come up with creative ways to not info dump like this. 5% in and I feel like I’m gonna be sick if I read one more line of this book

I normally can’t read more than 50 pages of a book in a day and yet, managed to read 185 pages of this one in a single day. Haven’t been hooked by a book this hard for so long and I hope to god the ending isn’t bad.

This book is fucking unbelievable. Boring & stupid. Nothing makes sense. “So yeah basically I saw some jackets in your closet & that’s how I know Thomas is your husband” what the actual fuck?? And I still don’t understand why the fuck would someone go through all these to see if the husband cheats again? And why is Jessica lying about it when in the questionnaire she was like uh no I’m a goodie I’d tell

Maybe the idea is unique and nice, but I can’t for the love of god accept the writing. So cheesy and amateur. Why is Rachel telling her whole life story to a shop keeper when she actually wanted to lay low in the first place??

Why is the main character so cringe I wanna throw the book at her head

If I read another “your resume looks very impressive” I’m gonna send the book flying. Why are the dialogues so repetitive WITH THE EXACT SAME WORDING????
And also, if I don’t get the answer to why the main character who’s been nannying for YEARS is acting so unprofessional and reckless, I’m not gonna read another book by Ware. Wtf is wrong with the character writing??
