Used book picked up in Virginia for something fun and silly to read on the drive

I got this at a bookstore in Scotland. The bookseller told me it was set in Portugal, which was my next stop and I try my best to read a book set in the places I visit. It is not set in Portugal at all - Mesopotamia, Victorian London, and modern day Turkey and England. I’ll enjoy it anyway. So far it reminds me of Cloud Cuckoo land, which I loved!

Fun light read for the train but I can’t take it seriously sorry. Wdym it’s enemies to lovers because he’s in percussion and she’s in color guard and that’s why they hate each other???? Please you’re 17 year old band kids you can’t have an enemies to lovers arc

Couldn’t resist buying this in Bath, it’s one of the few I don’t have in my HH collection
