Oh man, I’m loving this book. It’s hard to put down, and the character growth and interactions are expertly woven into the universe Sanderson has built.

I’m torn about the book thus far. It’s my first introduction to Anne Lamott, and I’ve heard so much about her from other readers that I expected quite a bit from it. Anne’s prose is lovely, and her writing is conversational and real, as though you were speaking to this wild hipster in front of you. It’s mostly charming and warm, but also pretentious and assumes authority on theology and life and such.
