The sea was brutal!!! This book has already given me a completely different perspective to any Napoleonic series I've read before.

Didn't know that I wanted to listen to someone comedically roast birds, but I'm down for this.

Warning: book contains a ton of swearing

This has so much going on and jumping around. I feel like it takes so dang long... but I'm too invested. I want to want to keep going.

I'm only just starting and this is great. A perspective not of only humans but spiders. Very unique, and intriguing.

I've been waiting so long.... It's about time I legitimately start this book!! So far, it has lived up to the overall rating and the backing from one of my closest book reading friends.

I don't understand why they have their own weird slang... It's as if James wanted the characters to swear but had to make up words to keep it child friendly. I didn't like it before in Maze Runners and I don't like it now.
