I really enjoyed this book and I think I'm going to miss Emily and Wendell!

I was hooked. I haven't enjoyed reading this much in ages. I couldn't wait to find out if they would be reunited and how it would play out. I'm so glad this book caught my eye and I leaped into some children's fantasy literature for a change. I can't wait to read the sequel.

Captivating and so fascinating to read the war from another side. Made me cry on my bus journey several times!

As much as I like Richard Osman I've found this really hard ro get into. The characters are unlikeable and I'm just not motivated to pick it up. Such a shame.
