Library loan ended before I was halfway...maybe next time. For now back to 'to read.'

I keep trying, but I can’t get into it..

My library loan ran out halfway through but first half was outstanding. I learned so much and parallels to today were quite interesting. Would like to finish eventually. Definitely recommended!

Listened to about half of the audio version which Irby reads herself. She’s hilarious but I’m going to stop as it’s starting to get a bit repetitive. Again- not a cheater so moving this back to to-read and not read.

Library loan ran out...some very interesting and well thought out points. Was already getting repetitive so not sure what’s in the second half. Moving back to ‘to-read’ because I’m not a cheater.

I don't think I can do this one. I admire the attempt at a creative format; however, I feel like I'm reading a really bad Behind the Music script. Like the one from the TV show Blossom about Blossom's fake band. I need a stronger narrative.

I paid $2 for this book at Big Lots. So far...I think i overpaid
