Loving this so far, the pace is brilliant

Follett has been extremely up and down for me. Pillars of The Earth was superb, Lie down with Lions was awful. Don't know what to think about this yet, but Stephen King apparently loves it, so that must mean something, right?

Not as exciting as book 1 (yet), but I'm loving the story so far!

Picked this up from a "help-your-shelf" in Greece, last year. Been trying to learn German for the better part of five years (also had it in school when I was little), and I've gotten to the point where I can actually read - and enjoy - fiction!

I've moved back up to Svalbard, and never read this when I first lived here. A (sometimes) interesting story about life in the Arctic!

Read this once years ago, and despised it. Realized it's probably about time I give it another shot!

Honestly, I think I like this trilogy more than the first, which says a lot, because the original was great!

Loving this so far! It's great to be back in Westeros. This reads like a buddy-cop procedural kind of fantasy book, and in many ways, it's much easier reading than A Song Of Ice And Fire. But it's definitely a perk to have already read that series, and the first book in Fire & Blood

If Supernatural was a fantasy set in Japan - I love it!
