I've really enjoyed the book. Some good forshadowing, like when Patroclus dons Achilles armour and claims he feels like Daphne wrapped in her new laurel bark.

Really enjoying the narrator, his voice is well suited to Patroclus but also does other characters' voices well and a touch different without sounding like he's "putting on voices" like some narrators do (although his American accent for Chyron needs a bit of work; he very much sounds like an Englishman putting on an American accent)

Library loan expired before I finished. Very long waitlist so who knows when I can finish?

Thanks to Penguin Random House's and House of Anansi's loot bags at recent meet & greets, I have enough books to last me 'til Xmas. Excited to get out of my comfort zone and read some new kinds of books.

Expires TOMORROW! Nooooo. Not again! Trying to power through it tonight, but it's a lot denser than the first book (Annihilation).

Such a dense book, my download expired so will have to wait until I can renew it...

This book is very dense, but fascinating.

Not a fan of his writing style. Gave it more than 50 pages but meh.
