Beta reading Reign of Blood by Kristy Nicolle

Continuing my re-read. I first read this in 2017 when it came out. Now I’m doing the audio versions while I work out, to catch up for the next release.

This book is very much not holding my attention but I have to finish it because I read the other 4 in the series.

Pausing Kate Daniels Series to finish up the final installment in the Inheritance Games series.

Continuing with my 2010s-era reads that I never got to during that actual timeframe.

With all the new “romantasy,” it’s nice to remember the Urban Fantasy series’ that started the whole craze.

After the academic slog (albeit interesting,) nonfiction I just read, I need something that doesn’t make me use my brain 😂

New gym audiobook. Was torn between ACOTAR and TOG and decided on ACOTAR since I like TOG better… and ACOTAR 6 is on the way. As slowly as I listen to audiobooks, maybe 6 will be out by the time I finish listening to the series. I read it when it was first released but don’t remember much, other than liking TOG better.

ARC reading for DJ. Looking forward to it! His mysteries are always fast paced and entertaining.

The original KOTW series was great. The spinoffs have been pretty good. And then there is this. I’m pretty sure Kerri Maniscalco ran out of ideas and was forced to put something out. I cannot wait to be finished 😑 about to take advantage of the new GR DNF shelf…

Road trip listen- super good so far

This is now a rage read. I refuse to DNF the last book of the year, especially halfway through, but I think about it every time I turn the page.

I never thought I’d say this when reading a book, but somebody please take this guy’s thesaurus away. And put him in timeout.

After the mind blowing Empire of the Vampire trilogy (Jay Kristoff) that I just finished, I need my go to nostalgia read to recover 😂
