Picked this back up to finally finish before onyx storm. WHY is this taking me absolute ages to read? I flew (haha) through fourth wing but I put this down to read something else after every chapter. Hoping this picks up soon

Soft DNF for now. This follows “Storee” who is on “vacay” and her “nips” are cold while some ladies in town are “vibing.” … This book made me feel 100 years old. I’m not sure if this is a parody but I couldn’t get past 30%. Maybe I’ll try again next Christmas

Oh no, I have a feeling I may DNF. Maybe I’ve read too many fantasy books because this is so boring.

The long game took me way too long to read. I don’t like pet names in books in general and the amount of ‘darling’ and ‘my love’ before the characters started dating or saying they loved each other bothered me.

I’ve barely started but a 600+ pg romance with the floppiest of paperbacks, sign me up.

Did I accidentally pick up book 4? Yes, but I’m committed at this point so I’ll find out how much that matters later on I suppose,

I really want to love this but so far it’s just put me in a reading slump. 😭

This series is like a bag of chips. Good for me? No. Can I stop reading? Also no.

Don’t panic! I’m finally reading The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and so far it’s silly, weird, and just what I was in the mood for.

Really wanting to like this one but every time I pick up an Emily Henry book I feel myself drifting off or wanting to pick up a horror… Sounds like a me issue but since this is literally called book lovers maybe I’ll turn into an EH fan along the way.

Bring on all the dark academia 🖤
