I don't know about this one, folks...might be a DNF; even though I now own the entire trilogy.
Adjusted to the writing/translation style just fine; it's not that. It's that I just don't care. I don't have that feeling -- you know the one, where you just can't wait to keep reading, to find out what is happening. It's not there with this one.

Slow going on this one. Seven chapters in, and just can't get excited. I've already bought the trilogy, so I'll probably finish. Just don't know when.

Not sure this is for me...I picked it up at HPB on a lark; didn't realize it was dystopian, thought it was historical. I generally read historical fiction and historical fantasy.
Having trouble with this one so far. It's interesting, but some of the descriptions are...odd.... I'll give it another little bit before giving up.

Maybe two thirds of the way through. Really struggling -- this thing is kicking my butt.
It's exhausting!! Is there any excitement to look forward to toward the end?
I'm a Cornwell fan, but I don't know about this one . . . .

Slow-going. Not the book's fault -- it's fantastic!! But my life these days . . . . not as much time for reading as I'd like. Sucks being a grown-up!
