I liked how this continued to story but also added new characters and elements and expanded our understanding of the universe. It also ended on a bitch of a cliff hanger.

I finished this book in about a day but am waiting until I’ve tried her tips for a few months to write a review. So far, a few weeks in, I definitely noticed some improvement in energy and sleeping but as I thought, after week two the habits and hacks are a bit harder to do regularly (so tired of apple cider vinegar and who knew a vegetarian could get tired of vegetables!). It has pushed me to diversify my diet
