half way through and really enjoying this- it's not my normal read but I like the soft humour hits, the easy going romance and the cleanness of Shalvi's dialogue.

the story and plot are a little slow but I'm still really enjoying this - I think the slowly flow of the story suits it and the authors writing style.

great world building but a little slow in the beginning - nothing has happened yet

will try again another time to finish this

up to page 180 was a bit slow going for a while -too much romance not enough action considering it's also a suspense but picking up now and have put it aside - I will be finishing it but I just wasn't feeling the romance in this story and I think I just needed a change of pace.
