Not sure when I started this one either, but I’ve been enjoying pulling it out when I have the time and taking notes of stuff that I find interesting or would like to practice more on later.

Who knows when I originally started this, but I’m a sucker for Hanh’s writing style so I tend to gravitate towards one of his books whenever I need some meditative reading time.

I began this a few months ago but forgot to get back to it after jumping back to another book. Not to say this book is uninteresting; I just have a bad habit of flipping back and forth between books, typically of different genres to keep it interesting when books like this one are typically a little dark. Definitely want to get back to this one soon.

Set down the book and don’t remember why because it was a good read. Kind of dark if I remember correctly, which might’ve been why I needed a break from it.
