Mickey McIntosh is finished with Rock of Ages: The Rolling Stone History of Rock and Roll
Originally published in 1986, this is still one of the best book about the history of rock and roll . Definitely for fans, and for music education as well.

A great look at at fashion, films, music, culture, soccor, and the political and social turmoil the rocked Britian in the 60s. Everything is covered. Anybody who is a student of 1960s history and culture, and British history and culture will want to read this.

Mickey McIntosh is reading 'Round Midnight
Fantastic book. Four different women, one from 1960, the other three from modern times; all drawn together at a Las Vegas casino.
Great read about how these ladies from different backgrounds come together at one casino.
This book will not only draw you in and hold your attention, but you wont be able to put it down, because you'll want to find out what happens next.

Mickey McIntosh is reading Public Enemies: America's Greatest Crime Wave and the Birth of the FBI, 1933-34
Great look at a desperate and uncertain time in American history. Gives a great look at the rise and fall of some of the most notorious criminals. Seperates fact from fiction, and does the same with J Edgar Hoover and the rise of the FBI. Reccomend for anybody who is into true crime, and American life during the great depression.
