This was a fun book to read. I really loved it.

One of the best books I have read in a long time. It is well written and well researched. It tells the remarkable story of Elizabeth Packard who was put in an insane asylum by her husband and how she freed herself. She then fought for rights for those who were institutionalized and for women. The lack of rights and conditions in institutions will open many eyes. A great book for book clubs.

Furious Hours

A well written book with enough twists and turns to keep you reading.

I was not enthusiastic about this book. Unless I missed something early in the book, the keys to the solution were not until the end. I wasn't grabbed by the characters and don't see the location as a great place for a series.
