I cannot stop reading this. So happy to have a good and easy romance after my last book.

This is one of those books where I will be happy to finish it because it is pissing me off. The time line changes are so clunky and happen far too often.

Let's try this again. I couldn't get into this book a couple weeks ago but I think I'm more into it now.

Is this going to make me cry? I think it might.

3 years!?!?! THREE YEARS!?

If Julia Whelan is narrating I am listening. I've been waiting for this audio from my library for months. The male narrator, Sean Patrick Hopkins, is really good too!

When I read No Place Left to Hide the characters felt very unlikable and even though the ending really helped the book for me it has me mistrusting this author! Are these characters supposed to be unlikable!?

My husband has lagged behind and I read book 3 without him and I can't wait any longer for book 4.

As a native Rhode Islander I am so enchanted by the settings in this book. I am also enchanted by the romance. Stewart might end up being my favorite MMC of the year.

I requested this audiobook as soon as I saw it available at my library. I am so into this Rhode Island set story. The charming town of Whitfield(fake) reminds me so much of Newport and Narragansett.

I forgot how cringey the whole smelling each other's scents and stuff is to me. Like damn, you can't even just after someone in private. Lmao

I am bored. I want to love this book! It has so many elements that I would typically love, but it's just not hitting right now.

I hate to say this because I love AP, but this one is not gripping me. At first it was and I loved the idea of the garden setting and the untranslatable words, but it's been soooooo slow.

I love Ashley Poston so much. Her books are so magical and fun.

I got emotional for the first time in this series. I know people are going to die, but damn that message made me cry.

FINALLY getting some back story and more depth to Carl's character. "But you don’t want to hear about any of this shit, do you?" Yes! That's what was missing from the first book.

I'm so happy I got an ARC of this book. I LOVE the Joss' writing style. I started it this morning and I'm already hooked.

I decided to listen to the audio along with reading for this one and I see why people love this narrator. He sounds like Patrick Warburton to me when he's Carl(not a bad thing) but I'm loving all the sound effects and voices.

I love KC, she has not disappointed me yet. I also love the narrator of the audiobook, Patti Murin.

I think this is so cute and fun, but I still feel like I don't Sadie very well. We have very little back story other than her boyfriend sucks and she has a cool bff.

This is going on indefinite hold. The first book really grabbed me but this one just isn't doing it for me and I haven't picked it up in days. I'll come back to it at some point.

I got this from Netgalley! I really want to start reviewing more and this is kind of forcing me. I love this premise and I'm already loving the writing so far.

How am I annoyed by this book and yet somehow really enjoying it?
