Alright, I may like this novel more than the first one!

I was approved for an ARC (advance reader copy) by the editor and I think my heart stopped. I love Darynda Jones!!!

I have been peer-pressured into moving this up on my TBR pile. I enjoyed the first one and always planned on continuing with the series, so I can only hope I will be thankful for the peer-pressure!

It's getting really saucy and I love it. It may be sexier than the first!

A Murder mystery! Its an oldie, but o'm giving the series a shot!

It is a very interesting story (I mean a Kate and William-like story always is), but it feels long. Its not, compared to many other books, but it feels long.

I did not expect this to turn into a Murder Mystery. Colour me intrigued.

The books, so far and to my recollection, has taken place over the period of 2-3 days and it is quite a large book. It has lengthy and sometimes repetitive conversations that can last for hours while listening to this as an audiobook. Which means sometimes I roll my eyes and yell at it to move forward and get over it.
That being said, I still love this book and this series.

This series is awesome and I love this character. There are many novels where the character is put in a stressful situation and does not "think properly" and gives into something, makes the wrong deal, or trusts someone they should....but not Opal...and I love it.

I hate Jack. Not a big fan of Lexi either. Hope this gets better

So far this is a quick funny read. A huge difference from the Vampire Academy world....which I kind of like.

Listening to this as an audiobook. The narrator does great voices and awesome accents! The book is funny so far!

This is an amazing and unique book! So far I love it and I'm right near the end!!! Can't wait to start off the page!
