I had high expectations for this book because I loved The House Across the Lake, but was pretty disappointed. I guessed most of the plots twists pretty early on into the book. It also kind of dragged into the middle. Was almost a 2 stars but enjoyed the story enough and thought it had a good enough ending so giving it 3⭐️.
