Lackluster finish what promised to be a good series. A variety of gaps in the plot twists that do nothing but muddle relationships.

I don’t really know what to make of this book...it’s definitely an interesting take on ethnicity biases and perception; the clear segregation of the East Coast controlled by Germany, versus the West Coast overseen by Japan. In our reality, both are technologically advanced, while Dick makes Japan subservient.
