The central character is endearing. The Christmas whimsy is delightful. Yet, the author spared no effort on the suspense. This is a wonderful read if you’re looking for murder and mayhem infused with subtle and obvious holiday delights.

So far this book is dull and mundane. I don’t like not finishing books, so I just want it to be over.
Also, what author think I’s is a word??? It should be MY. That is APPALLING!!! My mouth literally dropped open. Minka and Minka’s editor must do better than such less than amateurish effort. Blech!

I love Ruth Ware. She never disappoints. I can’t wait to start this book!
