Throughly enjoyed this one! I binge read Catherine Bybee’s books (series) because her characters creep into my friend sphere and I can’t wait to find out what’s going to happen next. Reading this is like a “Calvin are me away” experience. (If you’re old enough to remember that lol) ❤️ Definitely 5 Stars!

Love this series!

So far, so good. I admit I’m reading it while also reading another book simultaneously. I bounce between the two, so I really haven’t gotten into the meat of this one yet. It’s close tho, I can tell. 🙂

Belle da Costa Greene, a Black woman forced to live as a white woman in order to live achieve her dreams. Being the personal librarian to the powerful J P Morgan for his Pierpont Morgan Library, she leaves a powerful legacy. She had to guard her secret well. The pull between the two worlds had to have been excruciatingly difficult. Fascinating, based on her true life.

Amazing, wonderful historical story of a young, light skinned black woman living as a white woman who became the Personal Librarian to the incomparable financier J. P. Morgan. An a woman trying to navigate the trying social issues of racism during the early 1900’s. Highly recommend to all readers, especially lovers of history and those who enjoy learning about strong trail blazing women thru history.

I’ve been reading this book holding my breath waiting for the shoe to fall, so to speak. I’m loving the way this author wrote this in first person. I’ve really connected with the feelings of the Godmother. Highly recommend!

Actually I'm 100% done with this book now and I must say it a fascinating Regency mystery! I couldn't put the book down, read it cover to cover in one day! Full of mystery, fascinating facts concerning Chemistry & Alchemy, betrayal, trust, and distinctive characters who seem to cone alive with the reading! You will love it if you like mysteries and Regency period in England. 😍

Kathryn Le Veque is always amazing. Loving it so far!

I just finished Forbidden Alliance (The Forbidden Series Book 4) and gave it 5 stars. If you haven’t yet, you need to fall into Diana Cosby’s alternate life and adventure with this sexy Templar.

The King of the Mice by Kathryn Le Veque
This was an extremely well done novella with complicated characters shaped and influenced by previous events in their lives. I was delighted to discover that Ms. LeVeque expounded upon a character I was personally drawn to from a previous novel.

I just finished Warwolfe (de Wolfe Pack Book 0) and gave it 5 stars. This is an absolute must read if you love Kathryn's world full of amazing, unforgettable, characters and their adventures!

Absolutely loving it so far. Can't wait until I'll be able to finish. The characters are so engaging and well developed that you can't help but fall in love with them!
