It’s starting to get good! I’m thoroughly enjoying the conversations with Eric that are coming up. Today, we talked about how failure in Frankenstein’s father to engage in conversation with his son, and failure in Frankenstein’s professors to properly educate him seems to be leading him to his arrogance and delusions.

I got this gorgeous book for Christmas. I’m reading it with Eric, and he’s really enjoying it. This is my fourth time reading this book, but his first time reading this famous novel. This particular edition is really fun to read.

I am REALLY enjoying this book so far. Probably two of the (refreshingly) most unusual main characters I’ve ever read.

Alexis and Colt bought me this entire series about 5 years ago. I’m excited to get started. So far, I’m thoroughly enjoying it! I don’t realize it was written in 1945! 80 years ago!

Okay, this is one quirky book…and I’m loving it! I already want to read everything by this author.

Half way through this book and I just don’t care. I don’t care about the story line, I don’t care about the characters, and I don’t care about the ending. I’m ditching it. DNF for me.

What a sweet sweet book! I love the letters, the wit, and the drawings.
