DNF’ing.

Decided to leave this until the next is out. I need Xaden cured before continuing this nonsense.

It’s a mood read for me. I was into it, now I’m not. Pausing it.

I don't know if my BDB era is just done or something's off, but I am having a huge struggle finishing this book. I can take it by doses... :/

I don’t know why I’m reading this. I hate the female character. What a dumbass.

This is a slow paced read... but goodness! Such soft, vulnerable enjoyment. "Givers need to set boundaries, because God knows the takers don't have any."

Wow, the Beauty and the Beast nods at this point are intense.

I think one of the reasons I didn't like the first one much was because of how much it dragged. This one feels the same, too damn long and dragging.

It's too long. I've had to take breaks from it, it bores me at certain points, idk. Right now it's a solid 3 stars, might go down.

It's been a while since I hated a heroine this much. The whole book has felt like a constant fist around my heart... not necessarily in a good way -_-

Ugh. This girl is frustrating. I'd be trying to learn everything about a potential enemy, not walking into fire blatantly ignorant.

Ugh. Honestly, I don't know why I'm still reading this. I don't think I hated Bella Swan as much as I hate the main female character on this. She's like Bella on steroids. I guess I like the plot, but this character is getting out of hand, all I do is strangle her in my mind. Annoying af.

To be honest, I like the plot but it’s been a bit slow...

School sucks. Master's Degree sucks. Time sucks. Stephanie Garber does not.

Funny. Emotional. Engaging. Cute read.

It's a little monotone at the moment. Taking into account the previous books I've read from this series, I was hoping for something more engaging, I guess? I don't know. I already put this down and read another book. Picking it up again to try and finish it.

Oddly engaging, this book.

This book has been very difficult to read for me. The summary looked interesting to me and I don't remember who recommended it to me but the truth is, I started reading it a long while ago on and off, and I got to this point more than a couple of weeks ago and dropped it again. The plot is just going so slow and not interesting enough to leave me wanting. Sigh. Let's see how the second half of this goes.
